Since its birth, the chief aim of our company has been to utilize all its energies, manpower and technology towards developing superior quality instruments, with special emphasis on them being technically precise as well as user friendly. In order to serve the interest and meet the requirement of our customers, we endeavor to the best of our abilities to improve our existing line and also introduce new products.
We are a customer focused company manufacturing Surgical Instruments in accordance with the German Manufacturing techniques and knowledge. The production department is well equipped with the modern automated machines and tools which ensures the same quality of instruments constantly.
The implementation of advanced production and managements software throughout the production cycle ensures the delivery of instruments as per committed delivery time and keeps track of each production step. The quality management system of the company is audited and certified by one of the world’s top certification Bodies. In addition to thousands of general models, we are also developing customized models of instruments as per user requirements.
Selection of Material
German, French or Japanese steel (round or flat) is used in general models whereas Pakistan steel may be used in disposable items, The selection of material depends upon the choice of customers as per their quality, price and market requirements. Material certificate issued by a recognized lab can be provided with each lot.
Production Process
Each production process is well defined and always documented under batch and lot numbers which can be tracked back as and when required within five years after production. The files, Milling, Wheel grinding, Filling, Heat Treatement, Belt Grinding, Pasivation, Boil Test, Polishing, Quality Assurance, Final Inspection, Etching, Packing & Dispatch are most important Process, they are mostly imported from Germany to stay ahead in technological competition.
Precision and Accuracy
Technical AutoCAD Drawings and Go/No Go Gauges are made through CNC machines which are used throughout the manufacturing cycle. This ensures the delivery of precise and accurate instruments, constantly and smoothly.
Quality Control
We have established an independent quality control department which is equipped with the German testing equipment and well trained experienced staff. Each instrument is required to be passed through certain controlling processes before finally packed and shipped.
Our valued customers receive a Q.C Certificate with each lot that contains complete information about all Q.C parameters performed. This Certificate bears a Unique ID which can be used for traceability of all production processes from forging to packaging in our system and can be provided to customers as and when required
Packing & Dispatch
Put one instrument in one small poly bag. Put the 100 pcs into one big plastic bag. It has to be labelled with article number and quantity of items. Put the big plastic bag into small cardboard box. Write the article code and quantity on the cardboard box. Put two small cardboard boxes into one big cardboard box and then ship to through shipping company as per customer requirements.
